This is somewhat of an honorary position, as sadly Chadwick Boseman recently passed away, but the achievements he made in his short life will live on forever.
Boseman’s iconic role as Black Panther gave a new generation of young Black kids a superhero figure that they could finally identify with, lifting their confidence and sense of self-empowerment.
Despite his tragic death at such an early age, Boseman’s incredible influence on cinema’s landscape will be felt for years to come.
